Karen Pidskalny - Saskatoon Camera Club

Viewpoints

A portrait is an intimate way to tell a story, and our world is the most magnificent studio in which to create stories. When we view a photograph of a person, we don’t need words to understand their story. The photographer who takes the time to intuitively discover and understand their subject's story can honestly portray the human condition. Thelma Pepper was this kind of photographer. Join photographer Karen Pidskalny as she shares the ways her photographic world parallels that of Pepper.
