Join artist Zachari Logan and curator Sandra Fraser in an intimate look at his solo exhibition Ghost Meadows, now on view at Remai Modern. Each 30-minute encounter will be comprised of a reading from Logan’s first book of poetry, followed by a brief discussion.

Each 30-minute program is limited to 10 guests and starts promptly at the designated time.

A Natural History of Unnatural Things, published by Radiant Press, is described as “A microscopic and intense view of the sometimes invisible and ignored parts of the world we inhabit. Peering into cities and our place within them, the poet searches for meaning after the death of his father, and observes the flora and fauna, which provide beauty and nourish us.” Signed copies of the book will be available in the Art & Design Store.

Zachari Logan (b. 1980, Saskatoon) works in drawing, ceramics and installation practices. He has exhibited widely in locations throughout North America, Europe and Asia, and his work is found in private and public collections worldwide. A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, Logan received an Alumni of Influence Award, the Lieutenant Governor’s Emerging Artist Award, and in 2016 was long-listed for the Sobey Art Award.
