The conversation will begin at 7 PM

The landmark exhibition Facing the Monumental launches with a conversation between Rebecca Belmore and Wanda Nanibush, Curator, Indigenous Art at the Art Gallery of Ontario. A concert and celebration will follow, highlighted by a performance by the new For Women By Women Project (FWBW) by Eekwol and T-Rhyme.

Eekwol and T-Rhyme are seasoned rappers from nehiyaw and Dene territories, currently living in Saskatoon. They founded FWBW to share their truth, leading the conversation around the experience of Indigenous women and delivering an important message of social change and empowerment.
