galaMODERN Painting Raffle – Rules of Play
1. INTENDED DATES OF galaMODERN PAINTING RAFFLE LOTTERY
The raffle lottery is intended to take place in-person only during the following draw period: November 2, 2023 between 5:00 PM and 10:30 PM.
2. AGE REQUIREMENT
All tickets will only be sold to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Valid date of birth must be provided at time of ticket purchase. No exceptions.
3. LOCATION REQUIREMENT
Must be in the province of Saskatchewan at the time of purchase.
4. TICKET PRICING
Tickets are 1 for $250, 3 for $650, 5 for $1000, and 15 for $2500. Tickets are for the current raffle only and may not be used for future raffles/lotteries.
5. TICKETS OFFERED
The total number of raffle tickets offered is 250.
6. WEBSITE AND TICKETING PAGES
Tickets will be available on-site at galaMODERN (November 2, 2023, 102 Spadina Cres. E, Saskatoon, SK S7K 0L3).
7. RAFFLE TIMES
Ticket sales will begin at 5:00 PM and conclude at 10:30 PM on November 2, 2023.
8. VENDOR
Tickets will be sold manually through Square on-site and deposited into a separate and distinct bank account specifically for lottery earnings.
9. CONFIRMATION OF PURCHASE
After purchase, customers will receive a confirmation e-mail and receipt.
10. WINNING NUMBER SELECTION INFORMATION
The winning ticket number will be selected by random in a raffle drum that includes all raffle numbers sold for the draw.
11. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENTS
The winning number will be announced on RemaiModern.org and the purchaser of the winning ticket will be contacted within 24 hours after the raffle is drawn.
12. PRIZE CLAIM
The winner may claim their prize by contacting The Art Gallery of Saskatchewan Inc. at development@remaimodern.org or 306-385-7382.
13. WINNING TICKET HOLDER STIPULATIONS
The winning ticket holder has one (1) year in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchase for. The winner must provide their name, address, and phone number with picture identification to claim the prize. Once the certified winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, they will be given the painting or arrange for delivery at the cost of the winner. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the prize will be held until such identification can be provided.
The Art Gallery of Saskatchewan Inc. will hold prizes that are unclaimed in a secure location for a period of one (1) year from the date of the draw. If the prizes go unclaimed beyond their hold date, the prize/cash equivalent shall be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by SLGA.
14. ELIGIBILITY
The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the raffle: Any and all part-time/full-time Employees or Contractors of Remai Modern or The Art Gallery of Saskatchewan Inc. involved in the conduct and execution of the raffle.
15. RULES POSTED
The above set of rules will be posted online at RemaiModern.org.
