WEGO

Thank you to everyone that came out for WEGO. You can view a photo recap of the event on Remai Modern Currents here.

On August 29, families, children and people of all ages are invited to Remai Modern for WEGO, a one-day festival of art, music, dance and more, presented in partnership with the Nutrien Children’s Festival of Saskatchewan. WEGO is a way for both presenting organizations to thank the community for its ongoing support.

Performers include Splash'N Boots, Creeland Dancers, Megan Nash, RupLoops, Kate Ryan and artists Derek Sandbeck, Andie Palynchuk and Andrei Feheregyhazi. The site will also be animated by activities including a dance party presented by Girls Rock Camp and much more.

The event runs from 10 AM-4 PM both outside and inside Remai Modern, with activities expanding to nearby River Landing. There is no cost to attend WEGO (donations of any amount are welcome).

Stay tuned for more info!

Remai Modern and the Nutrien Children's Festival of Saskatchewan would like to acknowledge the Department of Canadian Heritage for its support of this event.
